Education and Expertise:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor in computer science, computer engineering or an equivalent degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years experience in a similar job
Technical Qualifications:
  • Good research skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong knowledge of portal/digital channel related concepts
  • Strong Arabic/English written and spoken
  • Proactive Self-learner
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on a variety of topics related to digital transformation
  • Benchmark a number of digital channels against their competitors in the market and analyzing their strengths and weaknesses
  • Document findings into clear, concise, and insightful reports and presentations
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new ideas and enhancements of the digital channels
  • Present research findings to stakeholders, including PM and client.
  • Monitor performance of multiple digital channels through Google analytics and reporting results
  • Auditing entities contributing on digital channels against required KPIs and reporting results
  • Support end users in using the different digital channels and help resolving issues they may face.
  • Testing digital channels and new features from end user’s perspective.
  • Managing content of one or more digital channel(s).
