What you need to know about the job

Job Requirements

Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in software development and .NET Core.

Strong experience in software architecture, design patterns, microservices, and scalable systems.

Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

Experience supporting and implementing complex integration projects.

Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Solid understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.

Experience with Nintex K2 (required).

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a plus.

Experience in multiple programming paradigms is preferred.

Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Main Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of .NET developers throughout the development lifecycle.

Architect, design, and implement .NET Core applications and Nintex K2 workflows.

Ensure all code adheres to industry best practices, security standards, and performance requirements.

Drive the design and implementation of microservices and complex integration projects.

Manage and optimize databases, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high availability.

Oversee DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
