Senior Pre-sales Consultant
Lead end-to-end presales activities for RFI/RFP and tender opportunities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, competitive, and compliant proposals. Analyze business, functional, technical, and commercial requirements, including requirement decomposition, compliance matrices, gap analysis, and bid/no-bid assessment. Design enterprise-grade solution architectures covering application, integration, data, infrastructure, security, and deployment models. Prepare detailed Scope of Work (SoW), assumptions, exclusions, WBS, sizing models, effort estimations, delivery plans, and implementation roadmaps using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies. Design and position solutions around Digital Transformation, Business Automation, BPM, CRM, Portals/DXP, Integration Platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise workflows. Collaborate with Delivery, UX, Development and QA teams to build solution concepts, demos, POCs, and customer presentations. Support Sales teams during customer engagements, workshops, presentations, technical discussions, and executive-level meetings. Coordinate with vendors and strategic partners for technical enablement, licensing alignment, architecture validation, and joint go-to-market activities.
