Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, or Bid Management

Strong experience in preparing RFI/RFP responses, especially for enterprise and government tenders

Experience in GCC projects and tendering processes is highly preferred, particularly within UAE and KSA markets

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, APIs, microservices, cloud concepts, and digital transformation initiatives

Hands-on experience in solution estimation including effort sizing, resource planning, licensing alignment, and project timelines

Strong analytical, presentation, documentation, and communication skills

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and practical solution architectures

Main Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end presales activities for RFI/RFP and tender opportunities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, competitive, and compliant proposals.

Analyze business, functional, technical, and commercial requirements, including requirement decomposition, compliance matrices, gap analysis, and bid/no-bid assessment.

Design enterprise-grade solution architectures covering application, integration, data, infrastructure, security, and deployment models.

Prepare detailed Scope of Work (SoW), assumptions, exclusions, WBS, sizing models, effort estimations, delivery plans, and implementation roadmaps using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Design and position solutions around Digital Transformation, Business Automation, BPM, CRM, Portals/DXP, Integration Platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise workflows.

Collaborate with Delivery, UX, Development and QA teams to build solution concepts, demos, POCs, and customer presentations.

Support Sales teams during customer engagements, workshops, presentations, technical discussions, and executive-level meetings.

Coordinate with vendors and strategic partners for technical enablement, licensing alignment, architecture validation, and joint go-to-market activities.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies, market trends, and vendor roadmaps across low-code, integration, AI, and digital experience platforms.
