Job Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects

Experience in eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements for complex software applications.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Proficiency in creating user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.

Experience with tools such as: JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management tools.

Familiarity with data modeling and SQL is a plus.

Understanding of frontend, backend, and cloud architectures to effectively communicate with technical teams.

Main Responsibilities

Plans for requirements gathering related activities.

Help customers define/express their requirements smoothly.

Translates business and non-functional requirements into technical requirements.

Develops, verifies requirements and analysis documents and ensures their quality and accurate coverage of the project scope.

Recommends and implements the best alternative design to achieve a high level of efficiency and satisfy the business requirements.

Ensures quality of the developed analysis and design documents and any other assigned deliverables.

Understands/Analyzes change requests and performs change requests sizing and impact analysis.
