CRM Senior Specialist
Lead requirement gathering and discovery workshops with business stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear functional designs, configurations, and process flows. Configure CRM modules, workflows, approvals, SLAs, and automation using platform-native capabilities. Act as the functional bridge between business users and technical delivery teams. Support solution demos, walkthroughs, and design validation sessions. Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration validation, and go-live activities.
