What you need to know about the job

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3–4 years of experience in product management, system analysis, or similar roles.

Strong background in business and system analysis.

Experience with software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).

Ability to understand technical systems, workflows, and integration points.

Experience conducting product benchmarking and competitive analysis.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Good presentation, visualization, and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

Learn and understand existing software solutions, their capabilities, and usage scenarios.

Analyze current product features, workflows, and integration points.

Perform benchmarking and competitive analysis against similar products.

Identify opportunities for product enhancements, optimization, and better alignment across the portfolio.

Contribute to product roadmaps by proposing enhancement initiatives and improvement ideas.

Support analysis related to product consolidation, reuse, and integration opportunities.

Work closely with engineering, architecture, presales, and operations teams.

Participate in discussions to understand technical constraints and business priorities.

Prepare clear, visually structured presentations describing current state, challenges, and proposed evolution.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear product narratives for management and commercial teams.
