What you need to know about the job

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields

10+ years of experience in software delivery or project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

Familiarity with software delivery tools and technologies, such as version control systems, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and issue tracking systems

PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the software delivery team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.

Oversee the end-to-end software delivery process, from project initiation to final deployment.

Review project requirements, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations and company objectives.

Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to software delivery, such as delivery times, quality metrics, and client satisfaction.

Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the software delivery process, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.

Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.

Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including development teams, project managers, and clients, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software delivery, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
